Welcome to Beta 1.0! This update includes a variety of exciting new features and improvements to the game, including:
-Main Menu Redesign: 🖥️💻 Enjoy a fresh new look for the main menu.
-Added “Continue Game” button: 💾 Easily access saved progress and resume your mining adventure.
-Added update icon: 🔔🛠️ Stay informed with the new update icon that appears in the quick menu when an update is available. Click it to open the big notification.
-Tools now mine passively: ⛏️⏱️ Choose which area or sub-area your tools should mine in while passive mining.
-Added tool upgrades: 🆙🛠️ Upgrade your tools up to Tier XXV (25). Tool tiers upgrade strength and damage until Tier 10, and give 10 Mining/Foraging Fortune per tier after that.
-Tool tiers unlocked based on XP: 🔓🛠️ Reach the tool’s XP requirement to unlock its next tier and earn XP by mining.
-Added Alpha- and Beta Tickets: 🎟️👀 Claim Alpha Tickets until September 4th, 6 p.m. CEST, and Beta Tickets until the release of 1.0. You receive these tickets simply by entering the game.
-Added Unifont font: 🆒🖊️ Use the Unifont as a fallback when the PetByte font is missing a character.
-Added Mining/Foraging Fortune: 🌟⛏️🌳 Increase your chances of getting double or more block drops. Mining/Foraging Fortune counts in total, so even non-equipped tools will give you a chance for more drops.
-Reworked tool inventory: 🛠️🧰 Enjoy a better inventory system for your tools.
-Save file improvements: 💾📄 Added last played version name and info to the save file, warning for newer versions, and more regular saving.
-Update notification improvements: 🔕🛠️ The notification will disappear automatically after 15 seconds, and the old notification system and info.txt have been removed.
-Tool flip and grammatical errors fixed: 👍📏 The axe no longer flips, the save menu info has been corrected, and the tool statistics are now saved in the player’s save file.
-Block and tool updates: 🔨🛠️ Obsidian, Zinc, Amethyst, and Calcite tools now have 25, 15, 10, and 35 Fortune each, and all blocks and tools have been standardized through capitalization changes.
-Credits.txt updated: 🎥📐 The credits have been updated with new information.
Please note that this update might require further rebalancing in the future, and the Idle Part is still a work in progress with more updates to come. I always welcome your feedback to improve the game. I also apologize for the delay, to make up for it, I will release 2 Feature Previews a day for a bit.
